Amanda Perez is an associate at Frontera Capital Advisors, LLC. She performs complex financial and market analyses for clients across a variety of industries, including real estate, healthcare, hospitality and telecommunications. Ms. Perez has served on client matters throughout the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Prior to joining Frontera, Ms. Perez worked as a business analyst for Virtual Services Operations (VSO), an organization subcontracted by International Business Machines (IBM), in order to facilitate unemployment claims for the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL). She has significant experience in conducting analytical research, evaluating financial and demographic data, detecting fraudulent activity, and composing detailed analytical reports. Ms. Perez is also a frequent contributor to the Frontera newsletter publications, addressing numerous industry trends effecting financial and economic activities throughout the Latin America and Caribbean region.

In addition to her work contributions, Ms. Perez is an active volunteer in local charities and community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Camillus House, and the Columbia University Alumni Association. She was also a former service volunteer at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Ms. Perez is a graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York. She was a former National Hispanic Scholar and is fluent in Spanish.

She is a member of the Columbia University Alumni Association and the Ransom Everglades Alumni Association.
