Lorena Reategui
Senior Associate
Lorena Reategui is a Senior Associate at Frontera Capital Advisors, LLC. She provides comprehensive strategic and financial analysis on client engagements throughout the Latin American and Caribbean region.
Ms. Reategui has developed complex databases and financial models for clients undertaking mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financial restructurings. She has significant experience conducting in-depth financial analyses and due diligence on companies in connection with M&A transactions. Ms. Reategui has worked on matters across a wide range of sectors, including but not limited to energy, infrastructure, hospitality, real estate, and telecom. She also lends her expertise to the firm’s litigation support practice, where she has managed and participated in a myriad of international arbitration matters and forensic analysis engagements. Ms. Reategui regularly contributes to the development and execution of all published marketing materials at Frontera.
Ms. Reategui graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. double major in International Studies and Spanish Language and Literature. She obtained a Master of Arts from New York University’s Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS). In addition to her work contributions, she is an active volunteer in local charities and community organizations such as Camillus House, Educate Tomorrow, and Habitat for Humanity. Ms. Reategui is fluent in Spanish and resides in Miami, Florida.
