Henry Martell is a Senior Director at Frontera Capital Advisors, LLC. He is a leader the firm’s Auto Industry and Real Estate practice initiatives. His experience includes expense control procedures, inventory management, sales training, finance, sales and financial forecasting, acquisitions, restructuring and valuations.

His prior experience includes serving as President and Co-Founder of Martell Management, Inc., a retail automotive consultancy and real estate holding company based in Miami, Florida. As President, Mr. Martell managed client and tenant relations and business development for the company. Mr. Martell opened “green field” add-points for General Motors and the Ford Motor Company in the Miami market. He served as an Executive Dealer Operator for dealer companies in the Greater Miami Area, and as an advisor to auto manufacturers. Mr. Martell alos served as the founder and principal of a conglomerate of commercial developments and value add investment properties.

Mr. Martell is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy and the GM Dealer Development Program. Mr. Martell served as a member of the General Motors Minority Auto Dealers Association. He is also a member of the South Florida Auto Dealers Association, where he served as a member of the board of directors. Mr. Martell is a graduate of Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida, where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Marketing and Administration. He is fluent in Spanish.
